Conyers has advised Castlelake, L.P. in connection with the accelerated payment relating to the acquisition by Bezant Resources PLC (AIM:BZT), through its subsidiary Namibia NZLM Holdings Ltd, of the NLZM processing plant and Hope & Gorob mine site in Namibia held by Tsaoxaub Metals (Proprietary) Limited.
Bezant Resources PLC is a natural resources exploration and development company focused primarily on copper projects in Namibia and Zambia, together with a manganese project in Botswana.
